San Angelo Standard-Times San Angelo, Texas April 28, 1994 D. Boone Lacewell, 86, of Christoval, died Tuesday, April 26, 1994, in a local hospital. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. today in Plainview Cemetery in Plainview, directed by Johnson's Funeral Home. He was born June 15, 1907, in Comanche County. He was a retired school superintendent and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife Hazel Lacewell of Christoval; two brothers, Dale Lacewell of Plainview and Windsor Lacewell of Ruidoso, New Mexico; four sisters, Mardee Grissom and Ruddene Crowley, both of Farwell, Billie Parten of Hereford and Inez Terrell of Dumas; and a stepdaughter, Juanita VanCourt of Christoval.
