Mrs. Albert (Hattie) Sulak, 78, of Fort Worth, formerly of West, died January 17, 1987 in Fort Worth. Rosary was recited Jan. 19 at Harveson-Cole Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Worth. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Jan. 20 at Holy Name Catholic Church in Fort Worth. Burial was at St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mrs. Sulak was born in West and had been a resident of Fort Worth for 34 years. She was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church in Fort Worth and SPJST Lodge No. 180. Survivors include her husband, Albert Sulak of Fort Worth; two sons, Leo Sulak of Granbury and Charles Sulak of Arlington; a daughter, Martha Ann Pustejovsky of Fort Worth; three brothers, Alphonse Cinek, Ervin Cinek and Robert Lee Cinek, all of West; and three sisters, Ida Dolezal of West, Willie Mae Neckar of Tours and Irene Pustejovsky of Fort Worth. Pallbearers were: (all grandsons) John Sulak, Calvin Sulak, Leo A. Sulak, Jr., Dennis Pustejovsky, Robert Pustejovsky and Randy Pustejovsky. Honorary pallbearer was Chuck Sulak.
