Hubert Piscacek Dies; Requiem Mass Held Thurs. Requiem mass for Hubert Piscacek of West were held at St. Mary's Church of Assumption at 10 a.m. Thursday, Rev. George Doskocil officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Kotch Chapel. Mr. Piscacek was dead on arrival at a West hospital Tuesday after apparently suffering a heart attack at his home. He was 61. Mr. Piscacek was a native and lifetime resident of West. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Council No. 2305. He was employed with Kozelski Motor Co. for the past 24 years as a mechanic. Survivors include his wife; five daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Margaret) Deiterman of West, Mrs. Albin (Adele) Poehls of West, Mrs. Jack (Albina) Anthony of Elm Mott, Mrs. Robert (Estelle) Bartz of Waco, Miss Pat Piscacek of West; one son, Hubert Michael Piscacek of Ft. Bliss, Texas; a brother, Innocent Piscacek of Maryland; four sisters, Mrs. Frank (Bennie) Soukup, Mrs. Walter (Olga) Hegar, Mrs. Emil (Marie) Hegar, all of West, Sister Adele of Austin; and 19 grandchildren.
