Mrs. Louis (Jannie) Nors, age 75 of West, passed away Monday morning, June 6, 1994 at her residence. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Kotch Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Melvin Dornak. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, West, with Rev. Isidore Rozycki as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery, West. Mrs. Nors was born March 7, 1919 in West and had lived in the West area most of her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, the Altar Rosary Society and K.J.Z.T. Society No. 11. Mrs. Nors had been employed with West Community Hospital in the Housekeeping Dept. for a number of years before retiring. She married Louis T. Nors, November 26, 1945 in West. He preceded her in death on August 11, 1988. Mrs. Nors is survived by one daughter, Angeline (Angie) Urban; one sister, Mary Veselkla; one sister-in-law, Willie Mae Veselka; two granddaughters, Theresa (Tracy) and Angela Urban, all of West; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Willie Hutyra, Clarence Janek, Joe Veselka, Richard Veselka, Eugene Nors and Robert Nors. Kotch Funeral Home in West was in charge of arrangements.
