Mrs. Mary Nemec's Funeral Services Held Monday Mrs. Mary Nemec died at 11:20 a.m. Friday at her son's home in West after a short illness. Mrs. Nemec had been to the grocery store and was carrying the packages into the house when she suffered a heart attack and died. She was born in Auburn, Indiana. Her husband, Paul Nemec, died in 1950. Rosary was recited Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in Aderhold Chapel. Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Monday at the Church of the Assumption. Father Bockholt officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Survivors are five sons, Emil Nemec of Abbott, Joe Nemec of Midlothian, Louis and Vince Nemec of West, Frank Nemec of Elm Mott; two daughters, Mrs. Maggie Schroeder of West, Mrs. Henry Snapka of Dallas; six brothers, Stanley Bukowski, John Bukowski, Joe Bukowski of Bryan, Bill Bukowski, Houston, Mike Bukowski, San Antonio; 3 sisters, Miss Julie Bukowski, Miss Rosie Bukowski, Mrs. Lizzie Horton, all of Bryan, and 19 grandchildren. Active pallbearers were Joe Hanzelka, Emil Holacka, Joe Sulak, Vince Kapczynski, Lad Svrcek, George W. Schroeder, Frank Lucian and Joe Urbis.
