Requiem Mass Held Wed. For Mrs. Annie Losak Mrs. Annie Losak, 77, of West died at 9:30 a.m. Monday in a Waco hospital. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Kotch Funeral Home Chapel in West. Contributor: Betty Fajkus Marek (48445083) Requiem Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church of Assumption with Rev. James O'Connor as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Losak was born near West and had lived in the West area all of her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Assumption. Her husband, Fred Losak, died in 1937. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. John Ed (Mary) Marek of West; one son, Frank Losak of Waco; one sister, Mrs. Frances Cervenka of West.
