Mrs. Paul (Millie) Klimitchek, age 90, of West, died Tuesday, October 8, 1985 at West Community Hospital. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel by Msgr. George Doskocil. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 10, 1985 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption with Msgr. B.J. Zientek as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Klimitchek was born December 29, 1894 in Lavaca County to Frederick and Albina Kallus and had lived in the West area most of her life. She married Paul Klimitchek on January 17, 1921 in Hallettsville. He preceded her in death May 7, 1956. She was a housewife and farmed with her husband. She was a member of KJZT Society 11, a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption and the Ladies Altar Society. She is survived by two sons, Leo Klimitchek of Rt. 1, West and Fred Klimitchek of West; two daughters, Mrs. Joe (Stasie) Cihlar of West and Mrs. Frank (Willie Mae) Podsednik of Rt. 2, West; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Willie Klimitchek, who died in the Korean Conflict in 1952. Pallbearers are Fred Kallus, John Ralston, Charles Klimitchek, Frank Dulak, Larry Podsednik and Charlie Haley. Honorary Pallbearers are Capt. Billy Podsednik, Dr. B.D.
