Mrs. Vince (Annastacia) Hykel, 96, of West died Saturday, December 29, 1989 at her residence. Rosary was recited at 7:30 Sunday at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West, the Rev. Ed Karasek as celebrant. Burial followed at St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mrs. Hykel was born March 31, 1893, in Fayetteville. She had lived in West most of her life and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and KJZT Society 11. Her husband, Vince Hykel, died June 5, 1976. Survivors include four sons, Cyril Hykel of Palestine, Johnny Hykel of Everett, Washington, William Hykel of Elm Mott and Tony Hykel of Irving; three daughters, Mrs. Joe (Lilly) Schroeder of Tours, Mrs. George (Magdalene) Gajdica of Dallas and Mrs. Jimmy (Mary Lou) Clawson of Everett, Washington; 38 grandchildren; 54-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
