John Haidek, Hillsboro, Dies Mr. John Haidek, 77, of Hillsboro died Wednesday, March 5, at his residence. Mr. Haidek was born January 15, 1898 in Taylor, and had lived in Hillsboro 48 years. He was retired from the Lintz Dry Goods Store. Mr. Haidek married Mabel Clayton, and she died October 28, 1972. He was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Hillsboro. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Friday, March 7, at the Marshall and Marshall Chapel in Hillsboro. Funeral Mass was at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 8 at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in HIllsboro with Rev. Raul Prieto officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery in West.
