Rites Held For Mrs. F.J. Holchak Of Waxahachie Mrs. Fred J. Holchak, age 70, of Waxahachie, died Saturday morning in a Waxahachie hospital. Requiem Mass was celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Monday, August 31, in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, in Waxahachie. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery at West. Kotch Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements. Mrs. Holchak was born in Taylor. She had lived in West before moving to Waxahachie 20 years ago. Her husband preceded her in death in 1952. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Survivors are one son, Bernard Holchak of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 2 daughters, Mrs. Howard Grandbury of Austin and Miss Marie Holchak of Waxahachie; four brothers, Frank Haidek of West, Joe Haidek of Beaumont, John Haidek of Hillsboro and Louis Haidek of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
