Requiem Mass Held Tues. For Frank Haidek Frank (Pappy) Haidek, 78, of 208 South Davis, died Saturday afternoon in a Hillsboro hospital. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel. Requiem mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, with Rev. George Doskocil as celebrant. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Haidek was a native of Taylor. He moved to West when he was 6 and had lived in the West area about 72 years. He married Eddie Mae Lucas June 16, 1926. He was employed for 25 years by Ray Motor Company, for 20 years by Kozelski Motor Company and more recently by Snokhous Plumbing Company. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. Survivors are his wife; one son, Larry Frank Haidek of Santee, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Carson of El Paso, Mrs. Bettie Jo Daniels of Bowie, Md.; three brothers, John Haidek of Hillsboro, Joe Haidek of Oklahoma City, Okla.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
