Emilie Glatter, Age 76, Dies Wednesday in West Mrs. Emilie Glatter, 76, of 806 North Reagan, died Wednesday afternoon in a Waco hospital. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. George Doskocil officiating. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, the Rev. William Benish as celebrant. Burial followed in St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mrs. Glatter was born in Tours on August 2, 1901. She lived all of her life in the West area. She married Carl Glatter on Oct. 28, 1924. He died in November, 1952. A housewife, Mrs. Glatter was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, SPJST Lodge No. 6, KJZT No. 11 and the Altar Society. Survivors include three sons, Raymond Glatter of West, Johnny Glatter and Alois Glatter of Waco; two daughters, Mrs. Roland (Olivia) Janek and Mrs. Harry (Rita) Svacek, both of West; two brothers, John Rauschhuber and William Rauschhuber, both of Rt. 2, West; three sisters, Miss Ida Rauschhuber and Mrs. John Hennig, both of Rt. 2, West, and Sister Catherine of Siena of New Braunfels; 21 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ernie Janek, Harry Lee Svacek, Jr., Raymond Glatter, Jr., Carl Glatter, Jimmy Glatter and Freddie Glatter.
