Bio
Mrs. Anton (Albina) Kallus, age 78, of 1408 N. Reagon, died Saturday afternoon, August 21, in a West hospital. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Sunday, August 22, at Kotch Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial was at 10 a.m. Monday, August 23, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Frank Miller as celebrant. Burial was at St. Marin's Cemetery in Tours. Mrs. Kallus was born in McLennan Co. and lived in the Axtell, Mt. Calm area for 30 years. She was married to Anton Kallus who preceded her in death in 1975. Mrs. Kallus was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and lived in the West area for the past seven years. Mrs. Kallus is survived by two brothers, Louis Pribyla and Alfons Pribyla of Mt. Calm; two sisters, Mrs. V.J. (Anna) Pratka of West and Mrs. Raymond (Henrietta) Beseda of Mt. Calm. Pallbearers were: Emil Dudik Jr., Daniel Pratka, Alphonse Mikuda, Johnny Kucera, Lawrence Pribyla and Joe Stanislav. Kotch Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. The West News, August 26, 1982
