Bio

Daniel Duncan Taken by Death Daniel Duncan, 13-year-old son of Mrs. Louise Duncan, passed away at Providence hospital, Waco, at 5:30 p.m. Friday, August 2. Funeral services were held here at the Catholic church at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Rev. George Doskocil officiating. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers were Louis Kramr Jr., Charlie Kubacak, Jimmy Bezdek, Emmett Louis Barton, Eddie Archer, and Raymond Snokhous. Daniel had been in ill health for some time. A semi-invalid since a baby, his condition became critical several days ago. Surviving besides his mother are four sisters, Audrey, Alma, Lanell Duncan of West, and Sister Mary Clotilde of San Antonio; a twin brother, David Duncan; his grandmother, Mrs. Mary Miller, also of West.
