Bio

Funeral services for Mrs. Millie Uptmore, 82, of 1402 Lisa, were at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the Rev. George Tzanakas officiating. Burial will be in St. Martin's Cemetery at Tours. Mrs. Uptmore died Saturday in a local hospital. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Albin (Irene) Vrba of 1117 Fisher, Mrs. Leon (Louise) Hammer of 1817 Lyle, Mrs.. Alphonse (Evelyn) Vrba of 1402 Lisa and Mrs. Ben (Estelle) Veselka of 2728 Proctor; one sister, Mrs. Hattie Flanagan of Houston; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
