QUANAH - Pat Belcher, 63, died Sunday, June 14, 2009. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Christian Church with the Rev. Wayne Hollinshead officiating. Burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park by Smith Funeral Home. Mrs. Belcher was born Aug. 31, 1945, in Quanah to the late Steve and Ola Slaton Podrovitz. She married Floyd Belcher Sr. on July 11, 1960, in Quanah. Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Jan Guzman of Vernon and Mary and Belinda Belcher and Gina Denham, all of Quanah; two sons, Floyd Belcher Jr. of Chillicothe and James Belcher of Quanah; a sister, Ann Harmon of Quanah; three brothers, Johnny Podrovitz of Colorado Springs, Colo., George Podrovitz of Murkel and Steve Podrovitz of Leakey; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. The family suggests memorials be to Hospice of Wichita Falls, 4909 Johnson Road, Wichita Falls, TX 76310; or American Cancer Society, 3915 S. Bell St., Amarillo, TX 79109.
