Nick Vander Kooi Funeral services for Mr. Nick Vander Kooi, 79, who passed away September 21 at the Sioux Center hospital, were held Monday, September 26, at the American Reformed church of Hull with Rev. H. Ringenoldus officiating. Surviving are his wife, Effie, three sons, Wilmer, Richard, and Kenneth and three daughters, Mrs. Don Romburg of Wisconsin, Mrs. Boyd Issac and Mrs. Roy Lubbers of Connersville, Ind. Three sisters, Mrs. Agnes Ripkema of George, Mrs. Minnie Visser and Mrs. Johanna Koele, one brother, Ben, all of Hull and 13 grand-children.
