The Decatur Daily -- Sunday, January 23, 2000 Arnold Ray Turner 67, general manager Roswell, N.M. -- Funeral for Arnold Ray Turner, 67, of Roswell will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church of Roswell with the Rev. Steven Chappell officiating. Burial will be in South Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday night at LaGrone Funeral Home.. Mr. Turner died Friday, Jan. 21, 2000, in Albuquerque, N.M. He was born Nov. 27, 1932, in Somerville to John Andrew and Mary Beasley Turner. He was raised in Morgan County and had been a Roswell resident since 1955. He was a member of First United Methodist church and general manager at Bob Crow Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge Inc. He is survived by his wife, Billie Jean Trott; one son, Daniel Turner of Roswell; three daughters, Marilyn Gunsenhouser, Terry Tuddle, both of Roswell, and Kimberly Salamo of Albuquerque; four brothers, James and Cecil Turner, both of Decatur, Pierce Turner of Trussville and Hosie Turner of California. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hill, Dallas Tuttle, John Ussery, Bill Wilson and Bill Motto.
