Printed in the Times Post, Houston, Mississippi dated July 28, 1983 Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Jane Harden Blue, age 86 died Saturday, July 23 at Ivy Memorial Hospital in West Point. Funeral services were held Monday, July 25 at Cedar Bluff Baptist Church with burial in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery with Rev. Donald Berry officiating. The daughter of the late John William Harden and the late Mattye Carnelia Rampy, she was a retired seamstress from Knickerbocker Mfg. in West Point and a member of Cedar Bluff Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Roland Lyon of Cedar Bluff; one son, William Leo Morris of West Point; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Lancaster of Pheba, Mrs. Lena McQuary of Houston and Mrs. Alma Weaver of Calhoun City; two brothers, Walter Lesley Harden of West Point and Johnnie Lee Harden of West Point, six grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point were in charge of arrangements.
