Johnny Johnson, 73, of Pitkin died at 9:30 p. m. Wednesday in an Oakdale hospital. He was a retired farmer, Funeral arrangements are in complete but services will be in the Gravel Hill Baptist church Burial will be in the church cemetery, under direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Oakdale He is survived by his wife Mary; a son, Level Johnson of Pitkin; four daughters, Addie J Weldon and Ruth J. Davis of Pitkin, Rodie J. Bailey of New Jersey and Gladys J. Barmore of Germany; seven brothers, Scott Johnson of Pitkin. Crockett, Charles and Lice Johnson of DeRidder, Ottis Johnson of New Caney, Tex., Washie Johnson of Simpson, and Mittie Johnson of Cravens, 29 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
