Married Joe E. Parks abt 1922, Red River Co., Texas Married Harvey Alva Tippit abt 1923, Lamar Co., Texas Addie Florine ROBERTS was born on December 7, 1904 in Montgomery Co., Arkansas. She died on September 14, 1926 in Hillsboro, Hill, Texas. Florine's husband Harvey worked for Texas Power and Light and traveled extensively. When her mother died, she went back to Red Oak to help her father and to help take care of the children. In the meantime she and Harvey had put their furniture in storage and moved into a hotel. After being in Red Oak for about three weeks, she returned to Hillsboro taking Dean with her to care for her. She died in a hotel fire (Browning Flats) along with her son, Ray, and her sister, Alma Dean.
