Mrs. Lucy (Lottie) Shelby, 69, of Milton Rd., Warrington, died Monday night at a local hospital. Mrs. Shelby has resided In Escambia County all her life and was a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Wilkerson of Warrington; two sisters, Mrs. Annie B. White and Mrs. Edna Harvey, both of Pensacola; three brothers, Mose S.
