Bio

HITCHCOCK--Miss Catherine Adele Hitchcock--a native of Mobile, Ala., but a resident of New Orleans, La., for many years, died at a local hospital Friday afternoon, Dec. 19, 1947, at 4:40 o'clock. Funeral services will be held from the parlors of the Roche Funeral Home Monday morning, Dec 22, 1947, at 8:30 o'clock, followed by mass at St Joan of Arc Catholic Church at 9 o'clock. Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. George Waganer of Fairhope, Ala., and Mrs. Joseph J. Cook of Mobile; one brother, George P. Hitchcock of Robertsdale, Ala., nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral arrangements by the Roche Mortuary. THE MOBILE REGISTER, MOBILE, ALA., SAT., DEC. 20, 1947, p4-B
