OBITUARY January 24, 1994 "Sulphur Springs News-Telegram" Sulphur Springs, Texas Funeral services for Mary Catherine Green, 76, of Cumby were held today at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home in Commerce with Rev. Harvey Snider officiating. Burial followed in Cumby Cemetery. She died Saturday at Leisure Lodge Nursing Home in Sulphur Springs. She was born on September 24, 1917 in Paris to Jesse Calvin "Cap" and Lillie Mae (Thurman) Littrell. She married Lloyd Raymond Green on December 18, 1936. He died on December 9, 1970. She is survived by her sons, Jerry Green of Branom, Jimmy Wayne Green of Cumby, Michael Green of Wolfe City, Ricky Green of Balch Springs, and Ronny Lloyd Green of Saltillo; her daughters, Linda Sue St. Clair of Sulphur Springs, Melba Ann Mills of Weaver, Pamela Hedrick of Stanton, and Peggy Lynn Freeman of Brashear; her sister, Thelma Raye Kirtley of Sulphur Springs; her brothers, Jesse Calvin Littrell, Jr. and J. D. Littrell, both of Sulphur Springs, and Donald Dewain Littrell of Saltillo; twenty five grandchildren; and twenty one great-grandchildren.
