Mrs. Woodin GILMER - Services for Mrs. Bessie Lela Woodin, 90, of Gilmer, will be at 2 p.m., Tuesdaya, at Loyd Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Mervin Scott officiating. Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery. Mrs. Woodin died Monday at her home. Born in Winnsboro, she had lived lived [sic] in Upshur County for the last half century. She was a member of the Hopewell Methodist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs Beatrice Conner of Dallas; Mrs. Sylvia Motley of Jacksonvill e and Mrs. Dorothy Langford of Gilmer; three sons, J.C. of Jacksonville, Sherman of Dallas and Woodrow of Gilmer; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
