Bio

Rev. Dr. William Brittingham Lacey was the son of Spencer and Molly Brittingham (Ennis) Lacey. Hannah (Stafford) Lacey was his 1st wife. They were married in 1812. Hannah died March 11, 1831. Elizabeth Hamilton Smith Lacey was his 2nd wife. They were married Schenectady, New York July 19, 1832. Elizabeth died May 9, 1878. Rev. Dr. Lacey was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church: Philadelphia Conference 1805 F 1807 Genesee (Western New York/now Upper New York) Conference at organization 1810 Withdrawn 1813.
