John T. Bures, 51, of Bellwood, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003, at the Butler County Health Care Center in David City. Memorial services will be at a later date. Mr. Bures was born March 22, 1952, in Columbus to Leo and Margaret (Speicher) Bures. He attended St. Bonaventure School in Columbus. He moved to Bellwood in about 1987. He was a farm hand. Survivors include one son, Jeff Bures of Columbus; one brother, Robert Bures of Columbus; and two sisters, Joyce (Ron) Albright of Omaha and Janet Novotny of Clarkson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
