Bio

We do not know the parents of Margarett Hodges. From their Bible records, we believe a Hodges married a Hodges. Margarett Hodges married James George Hodges of McNairy Co, TN on July 20, 1837. Both families had lived in Lincoln Co, TN as well. Margarett's stone says she was born in Lincoln County. James George and Margarett moved to TX about 1849 and settled in Grayson Co, by 1853. They lived the remainder of their lives there.
