Cyril M. Vinklarek, age 94, passed away on Tuesday, July 5th in Victoria, TX. Cyril was born July 5, 1928 in Cistern, Tx to the Clement and Agnes Jurena Vinklarek. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters: Anna, Agnes and Julie, 2 brother-in-laws: Edward and Clem, 6 brothers: Alexander J., Charley J., Clement B. Jr., Adolph, William Jerome and Victor, one nephew: Tommy Peters and two Nephew-in-laws: John Della Sala and Mark Orsak. Cyril is survived by his nephew Jerry Vinklarek and wife Lyla of Houston, Tx; niece Pauline McGrial and husband Pat of Keller, Tx; nephew William Vinklarek and wife Brenda of Houston, Tx; nephew Virgil Vinklarek and wife Lisa of Houston, Tx; niece Elaine Vinklarek of Houston, Tx; niece Helen Orsak of Houston, Tx; niece Christine Feagin and husband Bobby of Houston, Tx; niece Teresa Kotzur and husband Michael of Edinburg, Tx; niece Marie Matlock and husband Frank of El Campo, Tx; niece Susan Gabrysch and husband Michael of Victoria, Tx; and numerous great nieces and great nephews. A visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Smith Funeral Home in Flatonia, Tx. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM, Friday, July 15, 2022 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Cistern, Tx followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM with Father Eddie Winkler officiating. Burial will be in the Cistern Catholic Cemetery in Cistern, Tx. Pallbearers will be Michael Orsak, Jeramie Vinklarek, Justin Gabrysch, Patrick Matlock, Cody Feagin and Michael Kotzur. Honorary pallbearer will be Jacob Bohn
