Bio

Hermina (Minnie) Poncik was born in Texas on December 2, 1901, the 10th child of Josef & Rose Poncik. On September 16, 1920 she married Theofil Mikolas. She was 18 and he was 22. They had 8 children: Bessie, Alfred, Lillian, Leon, Theo, Clarence, Harry & Nettie. Clarence died in 1935 at age 1 year 9 months. The other 7 children married and had their own families, giving Minnie numerous grandchildren.
