Bio
Rosie Heibel Miller, 89, a native of Victoria, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. Rosie's family and friends will gather for visitation, Saturday, April 10th from 11:30AM to 1:00PM at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Hwy. in Victoria. Graveside service will begin at 1:30PM at Resurrection Cemetery in Victoria. Rosie was born August 22, 1931 to the late Adam D. and Annie Marie Kleiber Heibel. After graduating high school, Rosie married her love, Leroy V. Miller, Sr., April 9, 1953. Rosie worked for many years babysitting and being a nanny for many children along with being a great mother to her own five children. Rosie loved her children and many others over the years. She enjoyed shopping at any good thrift store finding treasures brought her great joy. Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Annie Heibel; her husband, Leroy V. Miller, Sr. in January of 1981; and her siblings, Tracy Joordan, Margaret Ortiz, Cecilia Scott, and Oscar Heibel.
