Bio

Richard Francis "Frank" Middleton was born the only living child of John William Middleton and Sarah Ann "Sallie" Shotts. After his mother died in 1889, he lived with his grandmother and step grandfather, Mary Jane Hurt Shotts Dykes and George Washington Dykes. They moved to OK in the early 1900s. Frank met and married Martha Jane Jarrell in 1906 in OK. They lived in Ok until about 1913, then moved to Wharton, TX. They moved back to OK sometime after 1917. Children of Frank and Martha Middleton were George Francis, Joseph Lee, Wilford Emery, Virgie Jewel, Florence Lillian, and Woodrow Wilson.
