Maggie Lou was born in Camp Co, TX to H. and Mary Laney. She shares a stone with her husband, Romney Cleveland Griffith. They married 16 May 1908, probably in Camp County where they are listed in the 1910 census. Their daughters, Mildred Louise Griffith Boyer and Dorothy Lou Griffith Gentry, are also buried in Garden of Memories. Their daughter, Hazel Louise Griffith Hamby, is buried in Ferguson Cemetery. Their daughter, Faylene "Faye" Griffith Honeycutt, is buried in Roselawn Park. Their daughter, Christine Griffith Dancer, is buried in Pilgrim Cemetery.
