CARENCRO ~ Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Evangeline Memorial Gardens Chapel in Carencro for Lennie Mae Prather Daley, age 82, who passed away Monday, June 17, 2019 at her residence in Carencro. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Lafayette. Mrs. Daley was a native of Washington and a resident of Carencro. She loved gardening, working in her yard, traveling, antique shopping and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She helped her husband, Riley, run Daley Tower Service for twenty-five years. Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Domingue and her husband, Donald, Scott, Gwen Dupuis of Lafayette and Romona Lajaunie of Scott; four grandchildren, Heather Fore, Cassie Bidstrup, Michael Poole and Amanda Sisk; ten grandchildren; one brother, James Prather of Lake Charles; and four sisters, Betty Fuselier, Marlene Richard, Kay Jaramillo all of Lake Charles and Loretta Leger of Hayes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Riley Daley; her parents, Aaron Prather and the former Bertha Holden; one grandson, Josh Lajaunie; and four siblings.
