Carolyn K. Bennett February 19, 1943 - December 7, 2018 Carolyn Kay Bennett was born 2-19-1943 in Paris, TX to Lemuel & Genie Breechen. She was their ninth and last child. Her brothers were Lemuel Harris (12-14-1920). Frank Curtis (8-8-1922), and Duane Edward (6-22-1929. Her sisters were Awilda Louise (9-5-1924), Iva Ann (7-2-1927), and Bernie Marie (9-9-1931). She is survived by sisters Genie Lucille and Sallie Jo. Her family relocated to Dallas, TX in 1944 where she attended school and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School. She attended Southern Methodist University for one year. She married Richard D. Bennett on 11-23-1961. Their first child, Susan Lynne was born in 1962 and in April 1966 they had their second child, Richard Jeffrey. The Bennett family moved to Charlotte, NC in 1967 and to Atlanta, GA in 1969 where their children attended school and married. Susan married Eric A. Haglund on 10-17-1992. They had two children, Sydney Caroline and Emily Suzanne. Jeff married Brittany Ann Haynes on 7-10-1999. They have 8 children: Rachel Jordan, Karissa Kay, Joshua Michael, Benjamin Judah Jeffrey, Jonah Francis, Lily Anastasia, Josiah John, and Nathaniel Isaac. .......... Carolyn Kay Bennett finished her watch 12-7-2018. She leaves her husband, children, and grandchildren an inheritance of the economy of heaven. Loving, beholding, and seeking her beloved Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. .............. Well done beautiful bride of the Lord! Your life was the fragrance of Jesus. The Celebration of Life service will be Wednesday at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens.
