Bio
Catherine (Long) Frisbie was the daughter of George Jesse Long and Anna Frances Eshleman. She was one of four children: Jessie Charles; George R; Avalon; and Catherine Lorraine Long. Catherine married Howe M Frisbie about April 30, 1924. ------ Obit was located in the "Telegraph Bulletin" -North Platte, Nebraska on page #12 and reads as follows: Catherine L. Frisbie. Funeral services for Catherine L. Frisbie, 56, who died Wednesday, were held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the First Methodist Church with the Rev. Lloyd E. Watt officiating. Music was provided by Mrs. Jack Freiberg and Mrs. Samuel Grasmick. Pallbearers were Francis Applegate, M.R. Buckel, Gordon Powers, M.E. Peck, N.W. Swanson and L.R. Wood. Interment was in the North Platte Cemetery. Adams-Swanson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. ------ 1910 Census, Hall Precinct, Lincoln County, Nebraska, shows the Jess Long family. (George) Jess now is 32 years old, he being born in Missouri and his father being born in Missouri. His wife Anna, 29 years old, born in Pennsylvania as was her father in Pennsylvania also.
