Martin Dean Rose, 70, of Midland City, AL died Monday, August 14, 2017 at his residence. He was born Sunday, August 18, 1946 in Laurel, MS. Visitation will be held Friday, August 18, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, MS. Burial will follow in Walter's Cemetery in Ellisville, MS. Bro. Jerry East will officiate. Ellisville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601)477-3797 He is preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Ruthie Rose; first wife, Shirley Rose; second wife, Faye Rose; and brothers, Joe, Willis, Daniel and Jimmy Rose. Survivors include his son, Jeremy Rose (Crystal), Midland City, AL; daughter, Denise Sill (Michael), Gulfport, MS; daughter, Paige Rose, Lafayette, LA; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Tommy Rose (Evon), Ellisville, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
