Bio
Martha was born the 2nd of 10 children to Blanche and Dewey McMillen. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Ernest Sr., by six children, Michael Schroeder & wife, Jody; Martha Elaine & husband, Rick Morrison; Dolise & husband, Mike McClure, Ernie Schroeder, Jr. & wife, Kerry; Carl Schroeder & wife, Debbie; and Joan & husband, Jesse Patterson, III. Martha is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson. She leaves behind nine brothers and sisters, their families, numerous cherished relatives and a world of adoring friends. Martha retired from the Houston Post Office accounting department after 27 years of service. A graduate of University of Houston, she was active in numerous organizations including her church, the VFW, the Houston Space City Lion's Club and the 96th Navy CB's World War II Veterans.
