Abilene Reporter October 21, 1999 Tony Letz OLD GLORY — Tony Letz, 93, died Wednesday, October 20, 1999, in Aspermont. Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church with burial in Old Glory Cemetery, directed by McCoy Funeral Home of Aspermont. Mr. Letz was a lifelong resident of Stonewall County. He was a farmer and a member of Faith Lutheran Church. He married Louise Tiechelman in 1925. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Laura Gerloff and Angel Kolb, both of Aspermont; two sons, David Letz of Sagerton and Edward Letz of Sweetwater; a brother, Adolf Letz of Stamford; two sisters, Ella Vanderworth of Houston and Lena Weaver of Jacksonville; 12 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
