Daughter of George Washington and Alpha (Waters) Duckworth. LA MARQUE — Mary Jane Lack, 79, of La Marque died on May 18,1998, at her residence. Mrs. Lack was born on May 19, 1918, in Buda, Texas. She was a resident of La Marque for 43 years, formerly of Jacinto City, Texas; and a member of the First Baptist Church of La Marque. She is survived by her husband, Forest E. Lack of La Marque, three daughters and sons-in-law; Jeanette and Nathan Glass of La Marque, Patricia and Heinz DeFloria of Spring, and Cathy and Michael Stell of La Marque; one sister, Oma Trappani of Galveston, and six grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 19,1998, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the chapel of James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday,May 20, 1998, at Forest Park East, League City with Dr. James D. Harms officiating. Memorials may be made to: First Baptist Church of La Marque.
