AMARILLO - Mandolene Lovin, 60, died Wednesday, December 8, 1993, at her home in Amarillo. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, December 10, at Morrison Memorial Chapel, Dumas, with Rev. Mark W. Tews, St. John Lutheran Church of Dumas and Pastor Jerry Clark, Bible Baptist Church of Dumas. Interment will be in the Dumas Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Directors. She has been a resident of Amarillo for 45 years. She married Odess Lovin December 24, 1947 at Cactus. Survivors include her husband, Odess of the home; a son, Odess Lovin Jr. of Amarillo; four brothers, Louis Boren of Amarillo, Kozell Boren of Long Beach, Calif., Clovis Boren of Borger, Vernie Boren of Lakewood, Ca.; five sisters, Lottie Johnson of Fritch; Mildred Hall of Dumas, Murel Thompson of Elk City, Ks., Mattie Bell Turner of Dallas, and Ruby Hortness of Jasper, Ala.; one grandchild. Memorials may be made to Maverick Boys and Girls Club or the Ralph Dykeman Memorial Scholarship Fund, 1923 S. Lincoln, Amarillo, 79109. (Published in Borger News Herald, Thursday, December 9, 1993)
