Herald Coaster, Mary 16, 1993: Funeral services for Mary Ann Pisklak Sulak, 103, of Rosenberg, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. A rosary service will be 7 p.m. Sunday at Davis Greenlawn Chapel, 3900 B.F. Terry Blvd., Rosenberg, with Father Dan Warden officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Sulak was born March 20, 1890 in Moravia, Czechoslovakia. She died May 13 at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital in Richmond. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters, and a member of Apostolate of Fathima (Blue Army). She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Sulak; her mother, father, a daughter, two sons, and three sisters. Survivors include five daughters and two sons-in-law, Stella Chernohorsky of East Bernard, Virginia C. Hauser of Rosenberg, Annie Mae Nichter of East Bernard, Mary and Frank Venglar of Rosenberg, and Dolores and Jack Schneider of Needville; sons, Leonard Sulak of East Bernard and Daniel T. and his wife, Margie Sulak of Richmond; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. William G. "Libbie" Sulak of Rosenberg; a sister, Annie Sliva of Bay City; 33 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Saturday at the Davis Greenlawn Chapel, 3900 B.F. Terry Blvd., Rosenberg. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Davis Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg.
