Bio
Katherine was born the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Michael Wildfeuer. She grew up on a farm east of Fulda and attended school in Murray County. On July 12, 1905 she and Fred Lidtke were united in marriage. To this union three children were born. She entered the Slayton Manor on April 4, 1978 and passed away there at the age of 103. She was preceded in death by her husband, four sisters and four brothers. She leaves to mourn her passing her children; Harold, Mildred (Howard) Bunting, Lorean (Carl) Nielsen; 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, Caroline Horkey & Ann Lidtke, and one brother-in-law Henry Rausenberger. Funeral services were held at Grace Lutheran Church, Westbrook, on October 5 with Rev. William Loughmiller officiating. Pallbearers were Robert Bunting, Dennis Lidtke, Ilen Horn, Voyne Bunting, David Lidtke and Lane Horn.
