Patricia O. Starkes Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, born November 24, 1930 in Palestine, Texas, passed away October 6, 2014. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, retired master sergeant William Berry Starkes and 10 brothers and sisters. Pat is survived by her sons, Michael and Jeffery Starkes; daughters-in-laws Betty and Huda; her grandchildren Christina Weiper, James Starkes, Jasmine Starkes, and Julia Starkes; her great-grandchildren William and Jaden Weiper; and her sister Daphine King. Service will be held Monday, November 10, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Fort Bliss Memorial Cemetery. Published in El Paso Times from Nov. 1 to Nov. 8, 2014
