Funeral for Kin of Wacoans Set Funeral services for Lawrence Alden Shupp, brother of four Wacoans, will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in De Leon. Rev. Eddie Cummings will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery near De Leon. Mr. Shupp died Tuesday in a Dallas hospital. He was 45. Mr. Shupp was born Dec. 18, 1914 and had lived in the De Leon area all his life. He was a cabinet maker and carpenter. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ruth Shupp; a son, Billy Dean Shupp of De Leon; a stepson, J. W. Legg with the US Army in Newfoundland; two brother, Walter Shupp and Elmo Shupp of De Leon, five sisters, Mrs. Susie Graham, Mrs. Velma Wilson, Mrs. Ina Robertson and Mrs Louise Coan all of Waco, and Mrs. Arvelle Lewis of Midland; a grandson.
