Bio

Ernest Victor Bartosh, age 84 of Hubbard, formerly of Rowlett, passed away early Friday morning, Oct. 15, 1999 in Hubbard. Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West, with the Rev. Melvin Dornak officiating. Burial followed at National Cemetery near Penelope. Mr. Bartosh was born on Sept. 25, 1915 in Cottonwood, the son of Eustis and Annie Bartosh. He worked as a painter for LTV Aircraft Manufacturing and E-Systems in Dallas for more than twenty-two years, until he retired in 1977. He is survived by two sons, Augtust Bartosh and his wife, Marlene of Corsicana and E. J. Bartosh and his wife, Virginia of Joshua; one daughter, Rosa Davis of Penelope; three sisters, Frances Tobola of West, Agnes Prasifka of Dallas and Mary Jane Chudej of Waco; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Tony Chudej, George Mikuda, Larry Mynar, Cody Bartosh, Van Bartosh and Jamie Flores. The family received visitors from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
