Springdale Resident Anna C. Thomsen, 68, Died Here January 8 Anna C. Thomsen, longtime resident of the Springdale community, died Saturday Jan. 8, 1966 in the Valley County Hospital. She was 68 years old. Funeral services were held at 2 pm Tuesday in the Hastings-Pearson Chapel with the Rev. Richard Atherton officiating. Burial was in the Ord City Cemetery. Miss Thomsen was born March 19, 1897, at Fremont to Chris and Emma Hansen Thomsen. She came with her parents, to Valley County at the age of one, attended school in the Springdale community and lived with her parents until the time of her death. Her father died in 1964. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors are her mother; a brother, Harvey of Ord, three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Cook, Portland, Ore., Mrs. Elvina Collins, Central City and Mrs. Amy Hansen, Fremont.
