Memorial service for Donie Ann (Chumley) Tom will be June 19, 2012 in Hayward, CA then she will be laid to rest in Colbert, OK, in July, 2012. Donie was born November 02, 1941 at Lewisville TX , the daughter of D. H. and Mabel Chestain Chumley Donie passed away at 12:50 am, June 09, 2012, Mountain View Hospital, North Las Vegas NV in the town where she lived. Donie is preceded in death by her parents and husband James Tom. Donie is survived by one son: Larry Tom, two daughters: Jamie Toporco, and Mona Henderson; three sisters: Naomi Fern, Florene and Juanita; two brothers: Pete, and Don, twelve grandchildren, ninteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Donie was a loving mother, and grandmother. She will be missed by her family and friends and a special friend, Mike Amaya.
