Bio

Kate was the fifth of twelve children born to David Crockett and Mary A. (Vick) McCullough. She married Lloyd Dexter 'Deak' Simmons in 1895 and they had twelve children: Dora Nella (twin), Zora Ella (twin), Irene, Louan, Eula, Beulah, Julius Clinton, Maggie Hester, Ethel, Eura Odessa, Olen Emma and Grace Olive.
