From The Palmer Journal, July 11, 1957, page 1, transcribed by Linda Berney: Funeral Services For Cal Lambert Sunday - Funeral services for Calvin T. Lambert, a brother of M. V. Lambert of Palmer, were held Sunday at the Congregational Church at Neligh. Mr. Lambert passed away at his Lincoln home Thursday, July 4. He was 72 years old. A resident of Lincoln for about nine years, Mr. Lambert had retired from ranching. He had been a resident of Neligh. He was a member of the Congregational Church at Neligh, and the Elks Lodge at Ainsworth. Other survivors include his wife, Edna, a son, Ted of Omaha; daughters, Mrs. Sue Olmsted of Neligh and Mrs Faye Harr of Lincoln; seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
